In an effort to ensure compliance with the Privacy Act, we:
- Determine and analyze the obligations of the clients within the scope of the Privacy Act,
- Provide the necessary cooperation with the IT departments in the process of establishing the data recording systems that the clients should use in order to fulfill the related obligations and the necessary support in synchronizing the already-present data recording systems in use with the obligations under the Privacy Act,
- Prepare and/or revise the contracts that clients need to conclude with customers or business partners within the scope of the Privacy Act,
- Provide intercompany awareness training to all concerning departments within the body of Data Supervisors (law, HR, IT, marketing, public relations, etc.) to ensure full compliance with the obligations under the Privacy Act.
- Provide to each client with consultancy service in all matters requiring legal action in compliance with the Privacy Act including the aforementioned services above.
